A: Wheelie Bins USA services all Northwest Michigan.

Q: What if I need more yardage than originally booked?  

A: If you encounter this, please feel free to use the additional yardage. Instead of having to rent another bin, we'll simply bill you for the difference when we retrieve the dumpster.

Q: What can I put into dumpster? 

A: Cardboard boxes, furniture, junk, flooring, drywall, sinks, counter tops, bathtubs, glass and plastics (not containing liquids), books, clothing, metal (not appliances), fencing, PVC, roofing shingles, wood, (not containing arsenic or creosote), faucets, light fixtures.

Q: What can't I put into dumpster?

A: Hazardous materials or liquids, batteries, wet paint cans, biohazard materials, TIRES, lightbulbs etc. Soil, rocks, and sod also exceed weight limits of our bins. If you need to dispose of these items, please call for our full list. We have some resources where you can dispose items for free or cost-friendly, just ask us.

Q: Do I need to be present during drop-off? 

A: You do not need to be present for drop off. However, you want to have a space marked, so we know where you would like the bin. You may also specify when booking your bin online.

Q: What are the dimensions of the dumpsters? 

A: All of our Wheelie Bin's measure 14ft. in length and 8ft. in width. (The only difference with each size is the height.) 

Q: I qualify for your 10% discount when will that be applied? 

A: You will be refunded your discount once we receive a copy of your identification and weigh your bin at the landfill. Thank you! 

Q: How do I order online if I don't have a PayPal account?
